Shipping
- Domestic Shipping: Orders are processed within 1 business day and shipped out from our Los Angeles store. We primarily work with UPS for reliable delivery times and offer various shipping speeds. For details, refer to UPS’s time-in-transit estimator.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping rates depend on your location and chosen shipping method, calculated at checkout.
In-Store Pickup
- Pickup Today: Need your gear fast? All items shown on our website are physically available at our store, located at 1852 Westwood Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90025. Simply select In-Store Pickup at checkout, and you’ll be notified via email, phone, or text as soon as your order is ready – typically on the same day.
Returns and Refunds
If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help. You can return your item within 30 days of purchase.
- Return Requirements: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
- How to Start a Return: Contact us by email or phone to obtain a return authorization number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
